Pricing information

Our Standard Service is $95.00 per hour. The average service takes 1.5 hours + per person based on the length, thickness of the hair and severity of the infestation. A two-week after care protocol is required to ensure the life cycle of the louse is interrupted. Some eggs and newly hatched lice may be too microscopic to be removed by our comb and electronic lice killing devices. Further combing will be required to ensure full eradication.

Our Express Service option is $ 239.95 per individual. The average visit is 1 to 1.5 hours based on the length and thickness of the hair and severity of the infestation. There is minimal to no after care required.

Express service is not recommended for extremely thick hair, processed or died hair or for swimmers.  Base express rate is for average hair lengths and thickness.  A premium may be charged for extra time or product needed for thicker and longer hair lengths. 

During our process we use medical devices to kill live lice. Our head lice removal specialists will then physically remove all visible signs of lice and lice eggs using a proprietary and proven reduction combing method, magnifying glasses, and other tools. We do not use any products that contain chemicals nor pesticides. Lice removal is a process of reduction, and some follow-up combing, and environmental care will be required to ensure full eradication.

We recommend all family members be checked. Head lice screening for family members are included at the time of service for no additional charge.  Maximum 5 family members.   Head checks outside of a service booking time are $ 30+ (rates may vary based on length and thickness of hair).

Complete Head Check (combing out of hot spots using specialized comb) from $30 per person.

Mileage for long distance service requests are negotiated at time of booking with participating franchise location.  Standard $ 0.54 mileage is for home visits only within the 50 km service radius.
