Mileage for long distance service requests are negotiated at time of booking with participating franchise location. Standard mileage is $0.54 for on site and home visits within the 50 km service radius.

You accept that we will provide educational resources and materials for adequate aftercare to ensure the best outcome and to help prevent ongoing and future infestations. We require a waiver and terms of service to be read and fully understood prior to any services being provided to you or any child under your care. We take great care in the use of any tools and products while providing head lice removal services. However, there may be the possibility of a reaction or distraction that could result in unintentional harm. All contraindications noted above are taken into consideration prior to any treatment plan being implemented. Services may be declined or modified based on various health conditions or contraindications. Service providers have the right to refuse or stop service at any time if deemed unsafe for the provider or client. During the lice removal process tools such as electronic lice zapping devices, medical devices, combs, conditioners, shampoos, cleansing agents such as enzymes, and minerals, tweezers, picks, brushes and hair clips will be used.
Time of service begins upon arrival and ends at departure and includes processing time.
Duration of service is based on level of service option selected, length, thickness of hair and the severity of the infestation. 100% eradication in a single session can not be guaranteed but can be achieved when follow up and environmental care is preformed as directed.
