I would like to say THANK YOU to all of you for helping and guiding me during our first outbreak of lice in our household. When I first found out that the three of us had lice, my initial reaction was panic! My sister-in-law had told me about the Lice Squad and I immediately called you. Cori called Friday as soon as I arrived home from work and came over to my place on Sunday. She was right on time and was very pleasant, reassuring and discreet. She did a very thorough check of my hair and I was very pleased to receive the news that I did not have head lice. It was a very big relief to me. I had been pretty stressed out! I cannot express to you how amazed, and truly grateful I am that I came across Lice Squad, and how well it worked out for us. We battled with lice for TWO years, and no matter what we tried, NOTHING worked! It got to the point where I nearly shaved mine and my daughters hair when, I came across Lice Squad, and decided, although pessimistic, to give them a call. They showed up less than 12 hours later, and after three hours of combing and picking, my entire family was clean and clear. Of course, we still have follow ups to do, and those will be done exactly the way we were educated to do it as I never want to deal with these critters again. Though, if they ever do pop up, I know what to do, and who to call! Thank you so much for being so patient, courteous and non-judgemental. I had a woman named Kim come to my home last night to check my children and myself. My youngest child was treated and picked. It was amazing that the process did not take the hours and hours that I had spent over the past month trying to deal with this issue. Kim (White) was fantastic,friendly and put my children at ease. I will be passing the good word on to family and friends about the service I received. Everything from the prompt call back from Carolyn and Kim to get service and the home visit we had was excellent.

We were very, very pleased with your services. As you can imagine the first time head lice enters your home it is an absolute panic! What made us panic more was that fact that our daughter Emily has the thickest curliest hair ever and there was no way we could do this alone! I called and an appointment was made. The representative was awesome!!!! What patience. We could never have done this.. NEVER! We were all checked and this is what really helped too! We were educated... I think your services are worth every penny! We purchased the comb and did the checks as advised and we got another visit a week later and Emily was louse free! Honestly we could not have done this without you.
I would recommend you in a blink of an eye! You not only get rid of those pesky nips but educated us and I believe stop the spread with our home.

You people must be angels. It is really devastating when you find out that someone or everyone in your family has head lice. There is so much stigma attached to this problem. People actually look at you differently. And try to stay away. How awful is that! My son just went through the whole ordeal, I notified the school and they chose to ignore the problem. Usually they send home a note letting other children and families know. I can tell you that it was so bad last year in my son’s class, they actually had to store their things in their own individual garbage bags daily. I certainly hope you are available when we need you next. If you have ever had lice before in your home, you certainly do not forget what they look like or how they make you feel. I appreciate your time and consideration and truly feel that you people are doing an incredible job.

I just wanted to let you know that Anna's visit yesterday gave us renewed hope that we can beat this lice problem we could never have imagined would take over our lives. Anna was wonderful, very thorough, patient and vigilante in her systematic combing, never ever resting but focused on leaving the girls nit free. I am happy to continue the follow ups and procedures outlined so that these pesky creatures are no longer a part of our girls' lives. I would recommend you to anyone faced with lice.

I also wanted to thank you for your web site. I have down loaded information and will pass it on the the appropriate parties at our school. I am quite upset with the way the school is handling the lice situation for they are allowing kids with nits to attend school, which in my opinion will only recycle the problem. I understand the school board is probably reponsible for this but it is so frustrating. I also found that from our lice experience that our teachers including the principle is very uneducated in regards to lice and only contributed to feelings of humiliation. I found that your web site was not only a physical help in dealing with lice but very helpful emotianally.
I also contacted the Toronto contact number and purchased one of your combs for myself and one for my girlfriend. The lady I spoke to Jenny was very kind and compationate.
