I just had my daughter treated for lice by your technician named Kathy. Her service was outstanding. My daughter's hair is African-Canadian, which is very challenging to treat for lice. I had tried everything and was at my wits end when a friend of mine recommended your service. Kathy was professional, well-informed, and she was able to comb through her tangles thoroughly with loving care. It would have been impossible for me to get rid of the lice without her help. Thank you so much!

I called yesterday morning and had a representative come in to check the family.  I was relieved and over joyed at the end of the day from the help and information I received from both you and the representative.  I will be spreading the word and trying to get the kids school involved in getting the service for screening, $2pp is not a lot, I would do it in a heart beat. Hi Karin. We contacted you in mid October as we had been struggling with lice for almost 6 weeks. We were using Nix once a week on our oldest and going through her hair twice daily with a very bright light, washing her sheets, towels and combs daily. Each time we thought we were almost there the lice would reappear. To be honest I was sceptical about calling "the lice squad" but we were at wits end as to what to do. Lisa came over one night and went through both of my daughters hair as well as my wife's. She confirmed lice in the oldest (which we knew) and my wife's hair (which we didn't know). Lisa told us of the products or alternates but didn't try to sell us anything (which we appreciated). We purchased the concentrate and the comb and followed Lisa's direction. "Use the product once every second day for 2 weeks, put the pillows in the dryer for 20 minutes and that's it". We were still sceptical but followed her direction and I'm pleased to say that it's been almost a week since we finished the program and the lice are gone. I am so impressed and so very pleased with our experience using your services these past two days. I sent an email around 830 pm Sunday October 25. By 9 am the next day I had a conversation with a representative (Carolyn I think) and by 10 am I had a appointment time for 1230 that very day. Patricia Foote came to my apartment and took such good care of my daughter's beautiful curly hair I could have cried. The lice was such a nightmare and your staff made it go away.

Trish took care of the whole family, taught my ex-husband and I all we needed to know to make this nasty cycle end, and did it all in such a calm, kind, and caring manner. If you have to go through this experience, you want Trish on your team. I was so pleased with all of the information and the material she was able to leave for us to help support us over the next two weeks to get rid of these bugs. My daughters had a great time (pretended they were at the spa, divas) while Trish did what she needed to do. She was so patient with them and gentle with their hair, I really appreciated all of her efforts. The whole thing was over in two and a half hours!!! Wow. She treated the whole family and reviewed all the education, cleaned up her mess and was gone. Poof! Like Mary Poppins.

Thanks again for creating your company to help busy Moms and Dads like us. I am on the Parent Council at my girls school here in Woodstock, Ecole Ste Marguerite Bourgeoys, and we will be meeting tomorrow night. I plan to present your company and the information Trish provided me to that team to help with the reality of lice within the school. I showed the Teaching Assistant, Mme Neron, my daughter's hair yesterday morning before Trish had worked her magic. Mme said it would take her a long time but that she would work to help Karena get rid of the lice. I told her your team were coming around noon so Mme asked me to show her Karena after you had a chance to give her a treatment. Mme Neron was blown away by the difference in Karena's curly hair in just one treatment from your program. She was so impressed, and very glad she didn't have to do it, she couldn't believe how many nits you made disappear. She is glad I am sharing your information with the school. No one at the school had heard of Lice Squad and their services before. They sure know now!
