Hi Dawn, I just wanted to thank you again for yesterday. To see us with no notice is really so very much appreciated. Your clinic is amazing and your customer service superb! The new louse buster technology you used on my son was great. I loved how you got him involved with the timer to make him a part of the process. I was also really impressed with the enzyme product and how great it smelled - like a tropical drink not chemical or abrasive smelling! We all felt much better after leaving your clinic yesterday. It really doesn't matter how much you read on the internet about those little suckers, there is always more to learn and you had all the answers. Thanks again Dawn, you are awesome!!!
