I wanted to thank you for your web site. I have downloaded information and will pass it on the the appropriate parties at our school. I am quite upset with the way the school is handling the lice situation for they are allowing kids with nits to attend school, which in my opinion will only recycle the problem. I understand the school board is probably reponsible for this but it is so frustrating. I also found that from our lice experience that our teachers including the principle is very uneducated in regards to lice and only contributed to feelings of humiliation.

I found that your web site was not only a physical help in dealing with lice but very helpful emotionally.

We had Carol Cousins out to our house on January 4, 2008 to remove nits from my daughter's hair. I am writing this letter to let you know how highly satisfied I was with your service and especially with Carol. I found out when my daughter returned to school on January 7, 2008 that there was an outbreak of head lice. (We brought it to their attention by bringing in our certificate saying that Allisons head was clear). Our school then did a lice check and 9 children were sent home. My daughter was not sent home as her head was clear. I am still doing the follow up for 2 weeks as Carol had told us to do. Since Carols visit I feel that I have the knowlege to fight these pesty little insects. I cannot say enough nice things about Carol. I would very much like to take the opportunity to thank Wendy and Dawn and everyone in the Lice Squad and for the amazing service. The results were FANTASTIC from the Kleen Green. The Kleen Green helped my children and I so much. We renovated an old house and I believe we got something in the air from the renovations. It was awful, crawly, itchy feeling. Nothing seemed to have worked until one day I came across the web site of Lice Squad. Doctors are so unaware and uneducated when it comes to mites and different kinds of insects. My husband who is a Doctor didn't understand it himself and couldn't help me. All I know it has helped me tremendously and it continues to work for me. I was in agony for 1 1/2 years. On Saturday, a representative for the Lice Squad came to our house to treat our daughter and the rest of the family for apparent lice. Jenny, was well informed, helpful and gentle. She checked each family member thoroughly and discovered that nobody had lice. However, our daughter did have some white oval-shaped things, which she explained were DEC plugs, a kind of dandruff.

We felt that the reasonable fee we paid for one hour's visit was well worth it as we were able to enjoy peace of mind.

We highly recommend the Lice Squad for assessment and treatment of lice.

My daughter came home with an itchy head of Friday after school. I dismissed it thinking that her head was just itchy and I needed to use a different shampoo. I shampooed her hair and then discovered that this was not working.

I went to the doctor's office of the Sunday morning and told them that I suspected that she had lice. They took a look at her hair and confirmed that she did indeed have lice. They told me to use Nix shampoo which I then applied to her immediately. It seemed to get rid of some of them but I was told that you had to still comb it every day because of the eggs left in her hair. I did that so many times I lost count.

Then I heard about your service. I called them immediately and they were able to come out the following morning. I have to say that I was so impressed with the service that was provided. The girl, Jennifer, came to my house complete with kit in hand. She was amazing. She managed to get rid of them all. She did an excellent job. She also was very informative and explained everything to us. It was quite a learning experience. May daughter loved her.

I am happy to say that my daughter is no longer complaining that her head is itchy. I am so happy to see that there is such a service available. I actually recommended this service to another lady that was in need of your help.

Our luck ran out on Christmas morning, this year! We contacted Paula and she was a great help. We figure that our eldest daughter brought home her new found friends from school. I didn't want to send her back until after we worked so hard getting rid of the lice. I just wanted to let you know that on Saturday before school, I phoned my daughter's teacher and gave her your website. She contacted all the kids in her class and gave them your website to refer to for info and told them about Paula. That was step one.

Step 2: Monday morning I marched into the principal's office armed with a school resource package that Paula had given. Determined to get your website and Paula's name put on the Lice info sheet that goes home to parents. She agreed after I presented the info.

Step 3: I also went to the parent council meeting on the Tuesday after school was back after the Xmas holidays and listened as the principal told my story and passed the info around. I also spoke up and validated the information as having worked for me and a neighbour (who's daughter got lice from us over the holidays).

I strongly believe in your product and Paula. We now need to find another reason to visit Paula because my 4 year old is continually asking for her. My 4 year old is also going around telling everyone she's had lice because the whole experience was so positive, she actually believes it was a good thing to get. Which is great (don't need to have them again) and a big thanks goes to Paula and Lisa!

I am a customer of Licesquad. I had Angela M. come over to my home a few times and she was wonderful. She put our mind at ease, my daughter and I. She seemed very knowledgable and shared some wonderful comforting stories with us. We felt really good when she came and left, knowing that we could beat those lice with the treatments and keeping on top of the situation.

I can't thank you enough for your Kleen Green enzyme product.  My daughter bought it to help her with mites and I tried some.  Since using Kleen Green enzyme I have been relieved of many of my regular asthma attacks.  These were triggered by dust mites and chemical cleaners that I used around the home.  I clean my floors and counter tops with it now and spray my couches and beds.  It really reduces the dust mite allergens that trigger my asthma attacks.  I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for this product.  I want others with asthma to know how much this has helped me.  I will never use chemical cleaners again.

I wish to tell you what a lovely product you have. I panicked when I woke up several times with bites and then read on the internet about the debut of bedbugs in NYC. I bought your product, Kleen Green Naturally, and "ripped apart" my bedroom (it needed that type of cleaning anyway) and sprayed as directed. I did not see any bugs but I did see a few itty bitty worms inbetween the carpeting and the underlay. There have been no bites since.

But also, I have used your product to clean my kitchen and I believe it has contributed to my kitchen being roach-free without using pesticides.

Dear Dawn, just wanted to let you know what a relief it was to have Kathy come and help our family.  She was fantastic: a great person and very professional.  I would not hesitate to have her down again (God forbid this should ever happen again).  When I tell people about your company, they are adamant that someone open a franchise in Georgia.  The need is so great.  The problem here seems to be one vicious cycle, and I think some education would help to stop perpetuate the lice.

I called and within a couple of hours, a return call was made. Jane came to my house just after 7 pm and didn't leave until she had treated my family and even checked a couple of their friends. I LOVE HER!! She is awesome! I have already recommended her to several people and intend on seeing that she is well known in the local schools. THANK YOU!! She is fantastic, given the stress we were all under (my 12 year old is autistic and terrified of bugs). She was absolutely brilliant in taking care of all of us.

I would like to thank Betty for her help in dealing with our lice problem. After 2 failed treatments with chemical products and one hysterical call to the Health Department, they gave me your number. Betty came to the house the same day, both my daughter and I had lice. After the treatment I realized that I was fighting a losing battle. I would like to thank you for your very informative web-site. I have a special needs child and have had an on-going battle with head lice and nits which are always going through the school. I have used everything on the market at one time or another and nothing has worked near as well as the Not Nice To Lice. The Not Nice To Lice was not "harsh" on her scalp or on her breathing. I also did the things suggested on your web site to clean the house of the possible problem as well. I cannot thank you enough for this valuable information. When I discovered that my daughter had lice a couple of days ago I locked myself in the bathroom and called a friend crying - you can call me a drama queen if you like but my previous experience with head lice 6 years ago was truly a nightmare. Hi Dawn: Well it looks like the little critters are finally gone, thanks to Kleen Green. I haven't seen any for a week, so I'm beginning to rest easy again. I went to see my doctor last Friday, and he couldn't see any sign of fresh bites on my back. I recommended Kleen Green to him and he made a copy of your pamphlet, since he noted that bed bug infestation was becoming a problem here in Toronto. must say that I never in my wildest imagination dreamed of having bedbugs, and I thus never realized that they were the reason for itchy rashes that I had developed. Had I recognized the symptoms earlier, I could have dealt with the matter more knowledgeably and expeditiously. After dealing with this situation, I would say that it is imperative that a very diligent inspection be made for live bugs as well as looking for evidence of infestation (babies, excrement, etc). As your literature suggests, everything near the bed has to be investigated as well as the bed itself. ( I have a four poster canopy bed with curtains - and the curtain seams were infested). I also found the bugs in such unlikely places as my wicker laundry basket; under a place mat on a book shelf; and in a rag bag in a clothes closet (how they got there I'll never know, and I threw out the wicker basket and the rag bag). While I was dealing with spraying my bed, I decided to sleep on a pull out couch in the living room. I guess there must have been a bug clinging to my clothes, because it wasn't long before they appeared in the couch as well, and eradication was much more difficult because of all the hollow spaces in the couch. I had to flip the couch down so that the bottom was exposed to allow me to spray all the interior, as well as the mattress. In addition to all that, I found the bugs had settled in the folds and seams of the cushions on my easy chair. Anyway, as you directed, I sprayed diligently for several days all the places where I had found bugs, as well as the floor and bottoms of bookcases, side tables and the like. Hopefully, I am now bug free, and as the story goes "live happily ever after". Thanks again for Kleen Green, and your advice. Stan Walker

Thank you for providing such fine knowledge and information, and products. Let people know how well your products work for fleas, ringworm etc.  Those are very common pests and problems that no one I have talked to really knows what to do for, except toxify their environment and pay for an exterminator.  I realize that you must be very diligent to get rid of fleas and ringworm in addition to lice, but your products give those of us who want only safe products in our enviroment a safe option that actually works.   Connie

I have purchased and used the Not Nice To Lice and it worked wonders. It gave my daughter and I peace of mind again after battling her lice encounter. It was very devastating for me to know my girl had these bugs for the first time ever. I have just ordered a much bigger kit for her recent bug woes again "sigh"! My son has never had them yet but this is now my daughter's 2nd time around!!! in 4 months.  Could it be that lice prefer "long" hair? I have only found one bug and a few nits. I am beginning to wonder if it is just from others children's parents not clearing their kids head properly, because I know my daughter's last experience every day for 5 days I took 4 hrs daily of checking for each and every nit till i was sure they were all gone. She has long gorgeous hair so I promised her that she would keep it long. Sure wish your people were closer to my area for a visit and your knowledgable skills.  Yvonne

Dear Dawn:  I first dicovered bedbugs in early June, and tried another product that knocks most bugs dead on the spot, however by mid July I was still infested.  After discovering Kleen Green Enzyme on the web, you sent me a bottle which arrived here on Monday July 18.  I sprayed for 3 days and now, miraculously, they have vanished. Bed Bugs: We have been battling these horrible little critters for 6 months. Just when they thought they were winning (and we thought we were going to lose the battle) we researched the net and found your product. We have been using it for 2 months and it is really working. Thank you for Kleen-Green, what a fantastic product and I recommend it highly to everyone. We also found a couple of roach carcasses so it will kill all nasty bugs. We have fish and it has not bothered them at all. Our biggest problem is that we have wall to wall broadloom so it made the battle that much harder. I do recommend that you buy a new bed. (you probably need one anyway) Bed Bugs not only love to live where you sleep but they love your clothes as well. I have been washing our clothes and anything else that will fit in the washer. If I could crawl i n I would. But, a nice hot shower will do the trick. Bed Bugs are relentless but your product is helping, big time, and I recommend it highly. I just wanted to add my "thank-yous" to the list!! We battled lice for several weeks, unable to get rid of it completely! I then found your site, and made a phone call-Marie came over, and since then we have been lice free!!! The Lice comb is fabulous-my daughter has long thick hair, and I had given up using the other nit combs-I had also tried sevral lice treatments, and all had done NOTHING!!! I'd like to thank Cindy of the lice squad inc. As a mom of five children it was very hard to get all the nits out of their thick thick hair. Not only was she patient,& friendly, we enjoyed having our hair done by her. She also did mine!! As a mom I've never had mine done for nits, let alone lice. We've tried all the chemicals before, of course following the instrutions, but none of them ever seemed to really do the job, and with the three girls being allergic to Teatree oil that the Health nurse from the school used was no longer an option. Hi Dawn, It was aproxamately one month ago I noticed headlice in Leah's hair and was scrating at mine and used Nix 3 times on myself because of a reoccurance of lice-well the third time I was'nt sure if I had it but I seen one in the bathtub and wanted to be safer then sorry! Unfortunately Yesterday night one was spotted in the tub and I don't no if it's phycological but my head is getting the odd itch -could this be someone else in the house if so will staying my distance prevent me from getting it again? Are the eggs also black looking specks on the scalp like my daughter has? I don't want to use Nix for the forth time -I did use the Nix comb and I don't see any thing but I do have a dry scalp. Should I use the comb on wet hair?, I'd rather not use the medication if I could remove the nits and lice manually. Please suggest something for me! Cindy Rycombel Canada -

I would like to add permethin I believe is the poisonous ingredient in Nix creme rince and it does indicate safety and effectiveness in children less than 2 has not been established meanwhile I was told to use little of this product on my daughter. I used this product a total of 3 times on myself because not all nits were removed -it's not an easy task doing it by yourself and would like to suggest having someone else work with you will eliminate and save you precious time. My mother was searching the web after watching a TV show on the topic and she came accross your website-very infomative and helpful. Lastly congradulations on the birth of your twins! While on a vacation in London, England I received a distress call from my children's summer camp that all three of my children had head lice. They risked contaminating the other 300 campers and the camp staff was freaking out. The staff had tried for over a week to root out the horrible bugs from my kids' hair without success. The camp was about to send my children home from camp, all the way back to Montreal from Northern Ontario!! Then they found the Lice Squad. I received a call this evening that the Squad spent a total of 9 hours on my three childrens head and successfully dealt with the infestation. A couple of treatments to ensure against recurrence and we are DONE! The camp is relieved, I am relieved and my children can finally get back to some fun. Thanks,thanks, thanks. After finding out I had contracted lice, I was completely devastated. My husband, three children and I have never had it before. We tried to deal with the problem on our own but found it extremely difficult. Can you tell me why I am still finding live bugs on my daughters head after using treatment. It has been two months and I have used several different head lice treatments. I am loosing my patients and my mind! Alice Toronto, ON Canada -

If you are finding live lice after treatment chances are that the treatment is not working. I find that there is no topical treatment that is 100% effective in killing all of the lice. There is also the task of removing all of the lice eggs. These are not killed by topical treatment and must be removed. Even if all of the live bugs are killed with a topical treatment new lice will hatch from the eggs that remain in the hair. My best advice would be for you to focus on manual nit and lice removal. After discovering that the reason I'd felt like some little critter was crawling around on my head was because some little critter WAS crawling around on my head, I found the LiceSquad on the net and phoned to see if they could deal with it.
