Q. How much is your service? A. We work on a sliding scale based on your particular situation. Our hourly rate is $55 dollars and an average visit lasts anywhere between 1 to 2 hours. This does depend also on the length and thickness of hair, the number of people that need treatment and the severity of the infestation. To give you a better idea of how we operate. What would take the average person 8 to 10 hours to accomplish, we can do in as little as 1 to 2 hours.

Q. Is your service guaranteed? A. Absolutely! Our goal is to remove every louse and louse egg that we can find on our visit. We will leave you with follow up care instructions to help prevent further infestation and we will educate you during our visit so that you are better prepared to deal with this issue should it every arise again. We also provide you with a letter that can be taking back to the child’s school/camp/daycare, (which ever applies) letting them know that we have seen your child and that the child should be fine to attend class again. Because of the nature of head lice 100% eradication is not guaranteed but our goal is to remove every last louse and egg that we can find.

You can also find our Nit Free terminator comb and Not Nice to Lice at the drug store. You may want to call ahead to make sure that it is in stock. If not, you can get the pharmacist to order it in from their supplier for a next day pick up. We accept all major credit cards for phone and on line orders and you payment and personal information is 100% secure and protected.

Q. I don’t have a credit card to order on line or by phone. A. That’s no problem. Again you can hire our service and purchase products on your visit. You can call the pharmacy to see if our products are in stock or you can 705 458-4448 to get an address to send a money order. When we get your check and order details, we will ship your products out to you immediately. The other option is to pick up and pay cash or certified check at our Toronto Fulfillment house. Located at Hwy 400 and Weston Rd. You need to call first to place the order and get the pick up address for your products. Cash or certified check only for pick up. A third option is to hire us for 1 hour and our service rep can bring the items right to your home for purchase.

Q. How soon can you see me? A. You are looking at a 1 to 3 day time frame. We will do our best to get out to you ASAP.

Q. How soon will I get my order? A. We ship by Express Post or UPS. This is generally a 1 to 3 day guaranteed service. If you want next day service, the shipping fee is about 10% more than for standard service and is sent by express post.

Q. What if you don’t get all the lice out? A. Again, our goal is to get every last louse and louse eggs that we can find out of the hair on our visit with you. Between the very thorough removal that we will do for you and the follow up that you will be advised to do, there is little chance that head lice will be able to survive. If for some reason our rep does do a bad job, which is very unlikely and you find many nits or live lice after an appointment. We will make sure that you are taken care of. Q. Do we guarantee our service? A. Although we can not guarantee 100% removal on a home visit, you can be assured that our goal is to remove every last louse and louse eggs that we can find. We never know the severity of an infestation until we arrive. So to say yes we can have you lice free in one visit would be misleading and a big disservice to you. We remain confident that between what we will do for you on a home visit and what you will be instructed to do for follow up, Lice do not STAND A CHANCE!

Q.Do you have to re-visit me for follow up? A. No. You will be educated during your initial visit and provided with everything that you need to do the follow up on your own. It is easy! We believe in empowering others and we know that once you have the knowledge and tools, you too can beat the bugs.

Q.Do you show up in marked cars? A. No. We are a confidential service and your privacy is guaranteed. We do have a funny joke around the office though. This is to tell callers that our cars have big bugs on the roof, flashing lights and sirens.

Q.Can my pets carry lice or give me lice? A. No. Lice only live on the human head. Your pets on the other hand may get fleas and ticks. For this we have a wonderful pesticide free product called Kleen Green Naturally. This is non toxic and it works!

Q.Can lice migrate to other hairy parts of the body? A. No. They prefer to be on your head. Some lice have been found in men’s beards and facial hair but primarily they stay on the scalp to feed. Now if you are finding bugs in the pubic region, these are called crabs and they can easily be dealt with using our Kleen Green Naturally product.
